How do I claim an account?
Find the id of the account you wish to claim. The easiest way is to search for a character on that account and click the Alts link for that character.
The account id is the number after "Account #"; for example, 123456 in "Account #123456."
Do NOT use C-Codes. They will not work.
Submit the account id on the Claims page.
Copy the automatically-generated auth code, log into a character on that account, and open a private chat in Prontera's merchant district or Eden 1F/2F with the code as your chat room's title.
Your claim will be processed within a few minutes after Ragial updates; this typically occurs about every 10 minutes. The page shows when the last update took place for each server so that you do not have to waste your time if the system appears to be malfunctioning.

What do the various statuses mean?
pending (action required) — The system is waiting for you to confirm account access by opening a private chat room with the auth code. Do not e-mail us asking for "approval" of your claim; there is nothing we can do to help you, and your request will be ignored.
already claimed by someone else — The account is already registered to another user on ROPD. If you wish, you may proceed with chat room confirmation to change the status to:
validated, but already claimed by someone else — The account is already registered to another user on ROPD, but you have confirmed that you have access to the account. You may e-mail us to request transferring the account's registration or merging the involved ROPD accounts. This can be useful if, for example, you have forgotten the login details of your ROPD account.
